She has produced analytic content that has been published in well-known media outlets like the New York Times and Wall Street Journal, as well as provided in-depth analyses that have been utilized in high-profile litigation matters.
Among her contributions, Jessica has been on the creation side of a realm of ground-breaking content regarding the NJ housing market that has been presented to thousands of local agents. Additionally, she has spent countless hours conducting studies on the impact of ‘Right-Pricing’ a listing in order to earn maximum value. In 2018, Jessica joined The Gallery Residential Brokerage and has incorporated her experience and unique skill set to author ‘The Gallery Report’, a quarterly publication using the Gallery’s own method of surveying local housing trends. She also applies her skills in ‘Right-Pricing’ homes to educate agents with cutting-edge CMA techniques.
